Brilliant staff and practice

I have been attending this practice for many years along with my son. I can honestly say they are by far the best surgery i have attended..i had a serious case that required many visits to this practice and lots of requirements from the doctor and receptioniat staff, i couldn't be more satisfied and grateful for all the help that was given in suppporting my case; even though they are a very busy practice they have really come through for me.. I would like to thank all of the staff especially two people in particular who helped me much. I would definitely recommend this practice as they have always seen me and my son with medical issues on a speedy and satisfactory basis.

Good

I've just seen all the terrible reviews on here and thought I would leave my experience with this practice for a bit of balance.

I switched to this practice a few years ago after some frustrating experiences elsewhere and I have had no problems at all since then.

It was very easy to register and reception staff are unfailingly polite, helpful and easy to deal with (which certainly hasn't been my experience at all GP practices).

I don't have very complex needs (other than the provision of regular medications, which I have had problems with elsewhere), but I have always found the doctors and nurse pleasant and helpful whenever I have had to speak to or meet with them.

I agree that it doesn't always seem easy to get appointments, though I've never had to wait long, but I think that's the case for most busy London surgeries now.
The extended and flexible opening hours definitely make appointments easier for people like me who work full time - it makes life so much easier.

Overall, I'm very happy with the service I receive at the Dalston Practice.
