HOW TO REGISTER FOR PATIENT ACCESS
Patient Access is a great online service which allows you to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, and view your medical record. The services is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or Mobile phone. There are two ways to register for Patient Access - please see below.
Option 1 - Register at the surgery in person
Step 1. read this information leaflet
Step 2. Visit the Practice in person and ask at reception to be registered for online services. We will need to see photo ID - either a passport or drivers licence.
Step 3. The receptionist will provide you with a Patient Access token document which you will need in order to sign up to Patient Access.
Step 4. Simply follow the instructions on the token provided by the reception to complete your registration online.
Once you have registered your Patient Access account, you will have access to the online services available at the practice.
Option 2 - Register from home and visit the surgery later
You can also register for this service online without visiting the practice by clicking here This method creates a basic account which will also allow you to book one appointment. You will still need to visit the surgery after registering and bring with you photo ID - either a Passport or a drivers licence.
To register, click the grey 'REGISTER ONLINE' button below. After clicking the button and selecting the practice, you will be asked the following question:
'Have you received a registration letter from your practice?' Yes or NO.
Answer No and continue by answering and completing the questions on the screen.
A the end of the registration, please remember to write down your User ID as you will need this to access your Patient Access account.
Remember: once you've registered yourself online, you will need to bring in your ID so that we can give you full access to your account. You should also read theinformation leaflet.
