What to do when the practice is closed

If you require urgent medical attention, advice or a home visit when the surgery is closed then please telephone the surgery on the usual number, 020 7275 0077 and you will be given instructions on how to contact our out of hours service provider, NHS 111. You can also telephone them directly by dialling 111 free.

In acute situations, such as if you are experiencing severe chest pain, sudden disabling breathlessness, collapse or severe injury, please telephone the emergency services on 999 immediately.

Please remember that Accident and Emergency is for urgent life threatening conditions and severe injuries only. If your problem isn’t life threatening then it is best to call NHS 111 on the above number, for advice and assessment.

NHS 111

This is a 24-hour confidential helpline. You can telephone for advice if you are feeling ill and are unsure what to do, or for health advice on particular health conditions e.g diabetes or allergies.
